We simply deduct any payment processing costs charged to us by our gateway provider (currently 3.6%, minimum 60p per transaction) from any funds processed through this website. Our goal is for all online fundraising services to be completely free for all, so we will continue to work with the payment industry to reduce and achieve our ultimate goal of zero payment fees as soon as it is possible
