The Js Hospice
The J's Hospice aims to build the first age-appropriate, environmentally friendly hospice for 18-40 year olds with life limiting conditions in the East of England.
We will be launching the J's @ Home in 2010, a pioneering service to meet the requirements of the young adult in their own home.
